Instructions for Use

Purpose: Fish Sulfa Forte is used to treat bacterial infections in aquarium fish, including columnaris, fin rot, and other gram-positive and gram-negative infections.

Dosage:

  • Add 1 tablet per 20 gallons of aquarium water
  • Repeat every 24 hours for 5-10 days, depending on the severity of the infection

Cautions:
⚠ Not for human use
⚠ Remove activated carbon from aquarium filters during treatment to enhance effectiveness
⚠ Perform partial water changes (20-25%) between doses to maintain water quality
