- Destinations: We currently ship to addresses only within the United States.

- Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. To reflect the policies of the shipping carriers we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns
- Return Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

- Transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days).
- The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
- The time it takes your bank or credit card company to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

- All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
