Order Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [info@fishick.com]. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet been processed for shipping.
Orders Already Processed or Shipped
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel it immediately. However, you may still be eligible to return the product(s) once you receive the order, in accordance with our Return Policy. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information on eligibility and the return process.
Refunds
- Eligible Cancellations: If your order is successfully canceled before it is processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The exact timing may depend on your payment provider.
