Instructions for Use

Purpose: Fish Pen Forte is used to treat bacterial infections in aquarium fish, including gill disease, popeye, and septicemia.

Dosage:

  • Add 1 tablet (500 mg) per 20 gallons of water
  • Repeat every 24 hours for 5-10 days, depending on the severity of the infection

Cautions:
Not for human use
Remove activated carbon filters during treatment for maximum effectiveness
Perform partial water changes (20-25%) between doses to maintain water quality
