Fish Sulfa Forte is a combination antibiotic containing Sulfadimethoxine and Ormetoprim (also known as SMZ-TMP or Sulfa/Trim). This synergistic formula combats a broad spectrum of gram-positive and some gram-negative bacteria in both freshwater and saltwater aquariums.

What It Treats:

How to Use:

Dosage:
- Initial Dose: One tablet per 10 gallons of aquarium water.
Subsequent Doses:
- Half the initial dose every 12 hours.
Treatment Duration:

- Complete the full course to prevent antibiotic resistance.
Administration:
- Dissolve the required number of tablets in a small container of aquarium water before adding to the main or quarantine tank.
Water Changes:
